{"id":407,"date":"2014-08-18T11:38:57","date_gmt":"2014-08-18T10:38:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dgsa.cz\/?page_id=407"},"modified":"2025-02-18T11:49:02","modified_gmt":"2025-02-18T10:49:02","slug":"jak-se-prihlasit-na-skoleni-adn","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.dgsa.cz\/en\/jak-se-prihlasit-na-skoleni-adn\/","title":{"rendered":"How to register for a training"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column]<section class=\"shortcode-action-box table shortcode-action-bg block-style-widget\"><div class=\"text-big\"><h2>How to register for a training<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/section>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;25px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Step No. 1<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Please, fill in the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose the <a href=\"\/en\/dates-of-adn-training-courses\/\">training date<\/a> and kind of training<\/li>\n<li>Please, fill in the <a href=\"\/en\/online-register-form\/\">online register form<\/a> \u2013 pay attention to NOTICES and SUPPLEMENTING INFORMATION !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Step No. 2<\/h3>\n<p>Fill in the application form for examination, which has been available on websites of St\u00e1tn\u00ed plavebn\u00ed spr\u00e1va \u010cR (please, download the application form here) and send it by post to any affiliated branch of the St\u00e1tn\u00ed plavebn\u00ed spr\u00e1va \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notice: The application form must be accepted by the Shipping Authority not late than 10 working days prior to starting the training! (see: Terms of crew members on an ADNR vessel)<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Step No. 3<\/h3>\n<p>The administrative fee for the <strong>basic examination<\/strong> will be paid by means of fee stamps amounting 1500,- K\u010d and for the refresher examination amounting 200,- K\u010d. Both parts of the fee stamp are to be attached to the application form. In case the fee stamps consist of several pieces and they would not fit into the space for fee stamp(s) and the payment on the front page of the application form, please, attach all of them on to the left upper corner of the back side of the application form.
